Mason's first haircut

Mason's friend Audrey was going to get a haircut on Friday, so he tagged along and got his hair cut, too. Audrey went first.

Audrey's haircut

Jeni was worried about him being nervous, but Audrey's mom, Kelley, had a Dum-Dum to keep him occupied.

For some reason, Mason only smiled for the flash.

Mason was calm and didn't fuss the entire time.

And the after shot....

After spending the afternoon at the salon, Mason went out to mow the lawn.

Beach practice

Mason was getting a bit hot while playing in his sandbox the other day, so we took his shirt off.

Visiting Joe and C and Amy

Mason had a chance to visit his cousins this past weekend. With such nice weather, they were able to spend the entire time outside.

Joe showed Mason his push car.

It was nice to see Aunt Amy too.

At the park with Natalie

Jeni and Mason go to the park nearly every non-rainy day, and often meet up with friends.

Here are a bunch of pictures of Mason with his friend Natalie.

Ready for the summer

Mason grew out of his old swimming suit and, with swim lessons starting again, he needed a new one. When his grandma (aka Bubba) came down last week, she bought him a new one along with some "accessories."

The Ins and Outs of Spring

Mason is enjoying Spring. Every morning we watch birds and squirrels at the bird feeder out the kitchen window. I'm still working on getting some pictures of that.

We recently put up a new lawn decoration that Mason got from his Papa. The wheels on the bike spin around when the wind (or Mason) blows.

In the house, we are trying to maintain Mason's small interest in using the toilet. It's a habit at certain times of the day (like before going to bed at night), but he doesn't really seem to want use it anymore than those few times.
